The City of Wilkes-Barre is hosting their Old-fashioned Holiday Market on Friday, November 30 and Saturday, December 1 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on the Square in Downtown Wilkes-Barre.

Horse-drawn carriage rides will be presented by 2018 NEPA Sings runner-up Madison Dompkosky with a portion of the proceeds to benefit CASA of Luzerne County. Rides will be offered on Friday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Rides are $5 per person.
