CASA of Luzerne County is pleased to introduce our new Advocate Coordinator, Rachel Ingalls.
Rachel is now the third Advocate Coordinator on staff and will be working with the team to recruit, train and support our volunteer advocates in their commitment to providing a voice to the children in the dependency court system in Luzerne County.
Rachel has a degree in counseling from Clarks Summit University. She comes from a background of legal advocacy with the Women’s Resource Center and has extensive experience working with children.
She is familiar with the dependency court system and is looking forward to guiding our volunteers in their advocacy journey.
Rachel enjoys spending her leisure time outdoors, hiking and ice skating.
Rachel stated that she is passionate about justice for those who need a voice. That passion has led her to CASA of Luzerne County.
CASA of Luzerne County is growing and evolving with the community and its need to support its most vulnerable citizens, the children.
